Ready to dispatch. Delivery is typically arranged within 2–4 weeks, depending on your location.

Made to Order

Your piece enters production once payment is confirmed. Lead times are stated on each product page — typically 6–12 weeks. We keep to them.

Price on Request

Bespoke or limited pieces. Lead time and delivery are confirmed as part of your inquiry, usually within two working days.

How Delivery Works

Once your piece is ready, we contact you to arrange a delivery date and confirm the details.
Delivery is to your door — white-glove where available, freight-forwarded where not. We confirm the service level before dispatch.
Shipping cost is arranged separately and confirmed with you before dispatch. It is not included in the product price.

Duties & Taxes by Region

Türkiye: Domestic delivery. No import duties. KDV included where applicable.
Switzerland: Switzerland is outside the EU customs union. Import duties and Swiss VAT may apply on arrival. Delivery is DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) — the buyer is responsible for import charges. We provide all documentation needed for clearance.
EU Countries: EU import duties and local VAT may apply. We provide commercial invoices and customs documentation. Delivery is DDU.
