How Ordering & Payment Works

We sell directly from our workshop. You order on the site, pay by bank transfer, and we build and deliver your piece. No middlemen, no card processing, no account to create. Here is how it works, step by step.

The Journey

  1. Browse & choose

    Explore the collection. Every piece shows its price (or "Price on request"), availability, materials, and lead time.

  2. Add to cart & check out

    Add priced pieces to your cart. At checkout, provide your contact and delivery details. No account or password needed.

  3. Receive transfer instructions

    After submitting your order, you receive the bank details (IBAN, amount, reference) by email and on screen. Transfer the exact amount shown.

  4. We confirm your payment

    Within one working day of receiving your transfer, we email to confirm. Your production slot is secured.

  5. Production (made to order)

    Your piece is built in our İstanbul workshop. The lead time starts from payment confirmation, and we keep to stated timelines.

  6. Delivery to your door

    Once ready, we arrange delivery with you directly — date, service level, and any shipping cost confirmed before dispatch.

Payment Clarity

  • The price shown is the exact amount you transfer, in your selected currency (CHF, EUR, or TRY).
  • No hidden fees, no currency-conversion surcharges, no processing charges.
  • Your order reference ties the transfer to your order — include it in the payment description.
  • Shipping is arranged and quoted separately, never added silently.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does payment work?

After placing your order, you receive bank-transfer instructions by email. Transfer the exact amount shown (in CHF, EUR, or TRY) with the order reference. We confirm receipt within one working day.

Which currencies do you accept?

We accept Swiss Francs (CHF), Euros (EUR), and Turkish Lira (TRY). The price shown in your selected currency is the exact amount to transfer — no hidden fees or conversions.

Can I pay by credit card?

Not at present. We accept bank transfer only. This keeps our pricing transparent and our costs low.

How long does made-to-order take?

Lead times are stated on each product page — typically 6–12 weeks, depending on the piece. Production begins once payment is confirmed, and we keep to our stated timelines.

Can I cancel or change a made-to-order piece?

Made-to-order pieces are produced specifically for you. Changes or cancellations are possible within the first 48 hours of payment confirmation. After production begins, cancellation is not possible. Contact us immediately if you need to make a change.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is arranged separately and depends on the destination. We contact you once the piece is ready to confirm the delivery method, timeline, and cost before dispatch.

Will I pay import duties?

For deliveries outside Türkiye, import duties and local taxes may apply (Switzerland and the EU have different rates). Delivery is DDU — duties are the buyer's responsibility. We provide full customs documentation and can give an honest estimate before you order.

What is your returns policy?

In-stock items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, in original condition. Made-to-order pieces are not returnable, as they are produced specifically for you. See our Terms for details.

What does "Price on request" mean?

Some pieces — typically bespoke or limited — are offered on request rather than at a listed price. Send an inquiry from the product page or contact us directly; we respond within two working days with pricing and availability.

Can I visit the workshop?

Yes, by appointment. Our workshop is in Ümraniye, İstanbul. Contact us to arrange a suitable day and time.
