The AKITA settee rests a deep, softened seat on an exposed solid-cedar frame. The frame is jointed in the atelier and finished with a clear oil that keeps the wood light and quietly aromatic.
The cushions are made in-house and offered in wool, linen or leather. The proportions follow the Ottoman sedir — lower and deeper than a Western sofa, made for sitting together.
Made to order in our İstanbul workshop; the upholstery is chosen with you when the order is placed.
